Terms of Service
1. The service
40K Team Forge is a team-composition builder and team calendar for Warhammer 40,000 team play, operated by mSales Norway AS (Kristiansand, Norway). The builder is free and requires no account. The team calendar is a paid feature. By using the site you accept these terms.
40K Team Forge is an unofficial fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Games Workshop. Warhammer 40,000 and all related names are trademarks of Games Workshop Limited.
2. Accounts
You can sign in with Discord or an email link. You're responsible for what happens through your account. Keep access to your email/Discord secure; one person per account.
3. Teams & subscription
- A team's calendar costs $5 per month per team, paid by the team owner, with a 14-day free trial. A team can have as many members as it likes — members join free.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. You can cancel any time through “Manage billing”; the calendar stays active until the end of the paid period, and nothing is charged if you cancel during the trial.
- If a subscription lapses, the team's calendar becomes read-only — nothing is deleted. Made a mistake or unhappy with a charge? Email [email protected] and we'll be reasonable about refunds.
- Prices may change; existing subscribers get notice before any change affects them.
4. Your content
Team names, events, notes and comps are yours. You give us permission to store and display them to your team's members — that's the whole service. See our Privacy Policy for the word-of-honor pledge that no human on our side looks at your team's data, and for the disclosure that the operator is involved with Team Norway for 40k WTC purposes.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no harassment, no attempts to break, overload or reverse the paywall, no scraping other teams' data. We may suspend accounts or teams that do.
6. Availability & liability
This is a small hobby-scale service provided “as is”. We aim to keep it fast and reliable but make no uptime guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount your team paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Termination
You can delete your team or stop using the service at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give reasonable notice and a way to export your calendar data.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with venue in Kristiansand, Norway.
